The monthly rent is AED 2500 it includes
– cleaning 2 times in a week
– WiFi
– SEWA bills
– furnished room
– Gym facility
– building security
– parking (upon availability)
– all taxes

The booking conditions are as follows
1. In order to reserve room you have to pay minimum 500 advance, this amount is non refundable
2. The remaining amount can be paid at time of check in
3. In case you don’t like the room or stay we can show you another room. But in case you don’t like any rooms you can cancel your stay within 2 days after which the entire amount will be non refundable. The 2 nights in this case will be chargeable @Aed 120 per night including all taxes
4. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child is allowed in 1 room
5. Guest are allowed to visit but not allowed to stay. During guest visit we take their emirates ID at the reception at time of arrival
6. In case payment is by card 2.5% transaction charge will be applicable
7. In case you don’t like the food you can cancel any time but you will have to pay for the meals you have already taken @ 10 dirhams per day
8. Cleaning will be provided two times in a week
9. 500 dirhams deposit is needed and will be returned at time of check out if there is no damage to the room
10. No additional furniture or electric device has to be installed in the room
11. In case of any dispute the hotel has the right to terminate the contract with 7 days notice time and refund the balance to the guest
